The school or the teacher signs the class up. One class, one application.
Sign-up runs from 14 September 2026 to 9 October 2026, and places are allocated in the order applications arrive. The rules are set out in the Polish regulations; questions and answers are on the „Get ready” page.

9 October 2026

The deadline was 9 October, but the form still accepts applications — late ones are decided by the organiser. The school applies on behalf of the whole class.

How to sign a class up

Four steps. The first one has to be done by 9 October.

Fill in the form

You need the school details, the class label, the number of students and a contact for the supervisor. The school can be picked from a list. Deadline: 9 October 2026, 11:59 p.m.

Wait for the confirmation

Sending the form is not yet a place in the game. A confirmation of receipt arrives by e-mail; places are allocated in the order applications arrive.

Receive your allocation

You will soon receive a detailed information pack for the teacher, a description of the trail and teaching materials that help to prepare the class.

Come to Krzysztofory

5 November 2026, starting at 9 a.m. at Krzysztofory Palace, Rynek Główny 35. During the Game the class walks the trail with its own teacher or supervisor.

Fields marked with a star are required. Before sending you will see a summary of the application, and the confirmation goes to the e-mail address of the person signing the class up.

I. School details

There are two ways to enter the school. The quickest is the search box: type a part of the name, the patron or the town and pick the school from the list — the name, address, telephone and e-mail fill in by themselves and you only check them. If the school is not on the list or the details have changed, skip the search box and fill in the four fields below by hand.

Find the school on the list We search by name, patron and town among primary schools in the Kraków region. Examples: „Kościuszki Kraków”, „Konopnickiej Andrychów”, „Zakopane”.
